    A New Parish...A New Mission...

In 2009 the parishes of St. Joseph, Bradford and St. Patrick, Bradford were amalgamated by canonical Decree of the Bishop of Leeds.  A new parish with a new mission under the patronage of St. Joseph encompassing the churches of St. Joseph, Pakington Street and St. Patrick, Sedgefield Terrace, Westgate has come into existence. Working alongside us in the Mission we have the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal based next door to St. Patrick's at St. Pio Friary.

St. Patrick's Mission Church is to serve the residents, shoppers and workers that live in or visit our City Centre. We invite you to become involved in this mission and take part in our community of faith as we worship, serve and bear witness to the life, mission and ministry of Jesus Christ to the people of Bradford.

We entrust our new mission in the centre of Bradford

to the prayers of Our Lady, Mother of Bradford,

St. Joseph and St. Patrick!
